New Concept Informatique was very helpful and answered all my questions during multiple telephone calls before making my decision on purchasing the Panel A320 Desktop CAPT.
The company was very professional and helpful during the shipment phase since there where multiple issues with DHL in Spain.
Once the panel arrived it was fairly easy to put the panel together. The quality of the panel, buttons, screens exceeded my expectations.
After the panel was assembled New Concept did the entire installation which I can tell you I would have never ever been able to do myself, so a big super thanks to them for the setup and making adjustments and being patient and answering all my questions.
I am extremely happy to now have the panel installed and running and it is a joy to fly with.
To everyone considering the panel, yes the cost is high but it is well worth the investment since the quality of the panel and service from New Concept is 100% professional.
